is Joseph's Shoes return policy for all purchases made through
our internet site: |

refund for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise
returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. All
merchandise must be unworn and returned in the original box. Original
and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise
was shipped incorrectly. |

a store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on
all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original shipment
date. All merchandise must be unworn and returned in the original
box. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning
shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped

NO
REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED
AFTER 60 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.

SHIPPING

Shoes uses UPS Ground service on all shipments unless otherwise
noted by the customer. Please allow 1-7 business days (UPS does
not deliver on Saturday or Sunday unless specified by the shipper)
for your merchandise to arrive based on your location and which
service you choose. |
| If
paying by credit card, JOSEPH'S SHOES CAN NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE TO
A PO BOX OR APO ADDRESS. In these cases, a Postal Money Order can
be used for payment and we will ship the merchandise through the
US Postal Service. A $10 fee will be added to your shipping charge
for this service. Please contact the store for more information. |

Shoes can not ship merchandise outside of the USA at this time due
to high shipping costs and well as for credit verification reasons.
